Strength & Conditioning: What is appropriate for my students?

Breakout Description: 
 A theoretical and practical breakout on strength & conditioning. Come prepared to move and participate. Information will be similar to breakout in 2018 with additional information on creating pathways from junior high to high school strength & conditioning classes. Learn the basics of exercise technique. Opportunity for question and answer at the end of each session. Jordan Blanchard



Jordan teaches at Mountain View High School in Orem, Utah. His current teaching assignments are Weightlifting and Individual Lifetime Activities, and he also serves as a Professional Learning Community Coordinator. He coaches football and track & field. He previously taught and coached at Salem Jr. High School. Jordan is a graduate of Brigham Young University's PETE Program. He also received a Master's degree from Southern Utah University in Sports Conditioning & Performance. Jordan and his wife Mary love watching sporting events and doing fitness activities.
