Ryan
Zimmerman is an Assistant Professor in Physical Education and Sport Coaching in
the Department of Health Promotion and Human Performance at Weber State
University. Dr. Zim earned his PhD from Springfield College, MA with an
emphasis in teaching and administration in physical education. Dr. Zim has
served on the Leadership Council as a member at large for SHAPE America Eastern
District and as the social media coordinator for the Eastern District. His
research interests include physical education teaching strategies, increasing
motivation in physical activity using technology and coaching strategies to
decrease stress and burnout.
